2. Return Window

Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Digital/downloadable products (e.g. antivirus license keys once issued), gift cards, “Final Sale” items, and products with broken security seals are not eligible for return unless defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

Contact admin@azoneshopkart.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Email us with your order number, receive an RMA number, ship the item back, and your refund will process within 5-7 business days of receipt.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Restocking Fees
