1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t entered processing or shipped. Contact admin@azoneshopkart.com immediately.

2. Orders Already in Processing

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return per our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations by Azone ShopKart

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify information. You’ll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Digital Product Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the license key has been delivered.

5. Subscription-Based Products

Manage auto-renewal cancellation through your account dashboard or contact us at least 48 hours before renewal.
